We use your verified email, account identifier, entitlements, invitation and redemption records, release-download authorization records, email preferences, and support or feedback submissions to provide access and assistance. Order records include the product, price, currency, provider references, payment state, accepted terms version and refund history.
Payment information
Stripe or PayPal processes checkout on its own hosted service. This website does not ask you to enter card details into our servers or store full card numbers. We store the provider references and transaction status needed to verify purchases, provide licenses and process refunds. Their own privacy notices apply to information you provide directly to them.
Service providers
The existing site uses Netlify for hosting, Supabase for account authentication, database and protected storage, and Resend for email delivery. Stripe and PayPal process their respective payment flows. They receive the information needed to provide their respective services. Processing locations may differ from your country.
Cookies and email choices
Essential secure cookies keep your account signed in and protect account changes. Marketing choices are separate from purchases and support. Change them through Email Preferences or use the unsubscribe option supplied with marketing messages. Essential account, order and security communications are separate.
Retention and requests
We retain account and transaction records while needed to provide access, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and satisfy applicable record-keeping obligations. Request access, correction or deletion by contacting hexsolutions.dev@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for those obligations; we will explain applicable limits. Do not send passwords, payment details, private audio projects or crash dumps in feedback forms.
