Your purchase
ProjectNebula is a Windows x64 VST3 audio effect. A one-time purchase grants permanent ownership of a license for the purchased version, with eligible maintenance updates made available for that purchase. It is not a subscription and does not promise future major-version upgrades. Eligible repeat downloads are not limited to two.
Price and launch offer
Prices are in USD. The introductory launch price is $39 and the regular price is $59. The introductory offer lasts 21 calendar days from actual commercial activation, using America/Los_Angeles time. Its exact end is shown at checkout once activated. The regular price is the planned ongoing price, not a claim about a historical selling price. Review the final total and any applicable taxes shown before completing payment. No live offer is active in this review preview.
License scope
The license is personal to the purchasing customer and permits use of ProjectNebula to process audio in personal and commercial projects. You retain your rights in your music and audio. Ownership refers to the software license, not the software copyright. Redistribution of the installer, resale or sharing of an account or license is not granted by this license. Any non-waivable legal permissions remain unaffected.
Devices and activation
The license permits use on up to two computers that you own or control. This is a license condition; the current plugin does not enforce activation, count devices or remotely deactivate installed copies. Repeat authorized downloads are not limited to two.
Current release and limitations
The prepared Windows x64 VST3 release is version 0.1.0, an early-access release. It is not presented as a fully validated 1.0 product. The reused plugin still displays Private beta in its Info screen; the applicable commercial license controls a paid purchase. Wider DAW compatibility and long-session stability remain incompletely qualified, and a historical host crash remains unresolved. Save your work and review the release notes before use.
Unsigned Windows installer
The prepared installer is unsigned. Windows may display an Unknown publisher or reputation warning, and signed-publisher verification is not available. Download only through your authenticated account, check the published SHA-256 checksum and follow the release-specific instructions. Do not disable Windows security protections to install it. Unsigned status does not limit the refund guarantee or your statutory rights.
Delivery and compatibility
Payment must be verified by the original provider before paid ownership is added to your account. Eligible approved installers appear in My Plugins after verified payment. Review the exact commercial release, supported Windows/DAW information, installation instructions and required notices before purchasing. The commercial package is still awaiting separate approval; Sandbox purchases never unlock the private-beta installer. Broader compatibility and long-session stability must not be inferred from the existing BP010 playback check.
Refunds and consumer rights
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies even after downloading or testing. Requests are reviewed through account support and refunds return through the original provider. Confirmed full refunds end only the corresponding paid license. Existing permanent complimentary ownership remains intact. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Your account and support
Use an email you control, keep sign-in codes private, and contact hexsolutions.dev@gmail.com if you need assistance with an order, access or a refund. Marketing consent is optional and separate from account access and order support.
Software notices
ProjectNebula and its original assets are proprietary. Third-party components remain subject to their accompanying notices and licenses. The separately approved commercial installer will include the applicable customer license, third-party notices and release information. These draft website terms do not replace that pending package approval.
