If ProjectNebula is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Downloading, installing or testing the software does not remove this guarantee. No technical fault or special reason is required.
How to request a refund
Sign in to My Account → Orders & Refunds, select the purchase and submit your request. You may also contact hexsolutions.dev@gmail.com through our existing support channel, quoting your order number and purchase email. A request received on time remains on time while we review it. If you cannot access your account, email support; account access is not a condition of exercising your rights.
Your deadline
The purchase confirmation and account display the exact deadline. Our guarantee runs through the end of the 14th calendar day after the purchase date, using UTC. For example, a purchase on November 1 is eligible through November 15 at 23:59 UTC. If applicable law provides a later deadline or different calculation, that protection applies. Requests outside our guarantee window remain available for review under applicable consumer rights.
Amount, method and timing
An approved full refund returns the full amount paid for the order through the original payment provider, Stripe or PayPal, to the original payment method. There are no cancellation or restocking fees. We process valid requests promptly and within any applicable statutory deadline; payment-provider and bank processing may affect when funds appear. We do not require store credit or a replacement purchase instead of an eligible refund.
What happens to your license
After the provider confirms the full refund, the paid license associated with that purchase ends and its future download access is removed. Stop using copies covered only by that refunded license. Your other purchases and unrelated permanent complimentary licenses remain unchanged. A pending refund request does not itself remove ownership. The current plugin does not enforce device activation or remotely disable installed copies.
Fair review
We may review suspected fraud or abuse and ask for reasonable information to identify the purchase. This does not limit statutory rights, impose an additional fee, or make downloading or testing the software grounds for denying an otherwise valid guarantee request. Contact support if you disagree with a decision.
Your legal rights remain
This guarantee is additional to, and does not replace, non-waivable consumer rights. Rights concerning defective, misdescribed or undelivered digital products, withdrawal, remedies and refunds under applicable law may extend beyond 14 days. No term here excludes those rights or requires you to waive them by downloading ProjectNebula. We will apply any more protective mandatory requirements that apply to your purchase.
